Pallinatura

La pallinatura consiste nel martellare a freddo il profilo trattato con delle microsfere grazie all'energia centrifuga prodotta internamente da una turbina.

Questa finitura grantisce al profilo successivamente anodizzato un miglioramento della propria capacità di resistenza e del grado di durezza superficiale, oltre ad una texture omogenea eliminando le bande di estrusione che a volte la lega in alluminio può presentare.

Satin finishing and grinding for Schotch Brite and Shot Blasting

Thanks to state-of-the-art graders equipped with specific steel brushes, Anoxidall also carries out satin finishing and belt grinding operations, to obtain a particular scratched effect on the aluminum and create high-quality and precise scotch brite, brush and cloud finishes.

Depending on the individual customer requests, the company can perform this type of finishing on profiles up to 7 m in length and on sheets up to 1,500 mm in width with no length limit.
